The People function has several sub menus that allow you to edit and maintain Customers, Installers and more. Click on a sub menu below: Customer Selection Estimator Selection Installer Selection Referral Source Selection This function allows you to add, select, view, edit and save changes to existing customers as well as add new ones.
Simply click on the arrow next to a customer or click "Add" and the following screen appears:
Either make the necessary changes or fill it out completely and click "Save" Here is where you enter and maintain your sales people. This function asks you to put in commission % as well as their name.
Just click "Add" to enter a new estimator or click the arrow next to an existing estimator to edit. The following screen appears:
Enter the appropriate numbers and click "Save". That all there is to it. This function is where you enter and maintain your installers. You will tell the system how much they make and what their minimum pay per job is.
Just click "Add" to enter a new installer or click the arrow next to an existing installer to edit. The following screen appears:
Flat Glass Pro supports 2 pay rates in $ per square foot for each category and they are called Standard and Alternate. This function also allows you to pay the installer as a percent of the job by putting a check in the "commission by percent" box. Simply fill it out and click "Save" Here is where you enter items that identify how your customer came to hear about you. You might enter yellow pages; January Flyer, Neighbor and Designer just to name a few.
Just click "Add" to enter a new source or click the arrow next to an existing source to edit. The following screen appears:
