Mark Work Order Installed is the function you use to tell the system which installer(s) did work on a given Work Order. You go through the same steps you took in Work Order Selection until the following screen appears.
Enter the date the job was installed and then click "Add" to add an installer to this Work Order. The following screen appears:
Use the drop down arrow next to Installer Name to pick the installer, enter the appropriate square footage in the appropriate box and then enter the amount of the job this installer did. Finally, click "Insert Installer" and the screen looks like this.
Note that the "Difference" row has all zeros in it. That is what you want. If numbers are in those boxes it means you have made errors in assigning square footage or installed dollars to the installer(s). Click "Forward" to arrive at the final screen.
Put a check in the Job Completed box and click "Finish" |
