The Management Reports menu allows you to access several reports that are designed to help you make sense of the information that Flat Glass Pro is gathering. This menu Item contains the following submenus: Unsold Estimates Estimate Management Report Installed Management Report Performance Report Referral Report This report simply gives you a list of all outstanding estimates as of a certain date range. It lets you know how much money is still on the table. See the sample report below:
Here we are displaying all the information you would want about your estimates over any given date span. It lists the name, date, dollar amount and total FT2 of each estimate in the date range. It also shows an install date, dollar amount and total FT2 if applicable. Finally it shows who the sales person is and how many days it took from the estimate date to the time the customer gave you the go ahead. We call this Closing Days. See Sample Report Below:
Here we are displaying all the information you would want about your installations over any given date span. It lists the name, date, dollar amount and total FT2 of the original estimate. It also shows the install date, dollar amount and total FT2 installed as well as who the sales person is and how many days it took from the estimate date to the time the job was completed. Again, we call this Closing Days. See Sample Report
This report takes all of the estimates you have done over a date span and compare it with the installs that were done over the same date span. Out of this we get the following: Sales Person, # of estimates done, # sold, # not sold, closing %, total $ installed, total $ not installed, total FT2 installed, total FT2 not installed, avg. $ per FT2 for installed FT2 and Avg. $ per FT2 for FT2 that wasn’t installed.
