The Job Termination menu lets you tell the software that a particular estimate is to be closed out. You may have followed up with them and they went with a competitor etc. Again you follow the same steps to pick the customer and the specific estimate. The following screen appears:
Enter the Date the job was rejected or place a check in the check box if you actually installed the job. The check will be there already after you follow the Mark Work Order Completed procedures that are covered in the Work Order section. |
