The Reports menu is broken up into the following: Job Reports Commission Reports Management Reports Custom Reports The Job Reports menu has one report called a Reference Report. It allows you to search for previously completed jobs to be used as a reference. You can search by any or all of the following criteria:
Let's say you have a customer interested in R-20S film and wants to either see or talk to someone in her neighborhood that you have already done. In this case I will fill in a date span, the film type (R-20S), a partial street name and a zip code. The above screen looks as so:
Click "View" and the following appears:
