On the Estimator Adjustment screen you can edit the pay rate or commission % that one of your salespeople is being paid on an estimate-by-estimate basis. For example: Your crew has just completed Mrs. Jones’ house and the back office is now completing her paperwork in the system. It turns out that the sales person made some measurement errors that caused $75.00 in film waste. It is your policy that these errors are split equally between the company and the salesperson. Here is where you would make that adjustment and reduce the sales person’s commission by $37.50. You are taken to the same customer selection screen and you perform the same tasks as you did in the Estimated Job Selection. After you pick the appropriate estimate you are brought to the window below.
